Making a splash for charity

Take the plunge without getting wet at the Kent Water Zorbing Championships on Saturday, May 4 at Herons Leisure Centre, Herne Bay.
Participants step inside a giant hamster ball and try to walk, run or roll the length of a swimming pool.
Each heat involves three KM water walking zorbs lining up next to each other with competitors racing the 25m to the other side of the pool.
Anyone can enter as long as you are over the age of five and do not weigh more than 15 stone.
Entry is £2.50 and we ask that participants aim to raise £75 for the good cause of their choice.
Note you will not get wet and do not have to wear a swimming costume as you are inside the ball, not in the water.
