KM Big Bike Ride

The annual KM Big Bike Ride is being held on Sunday, April 28 2013 in partnership with  Downland Cycles and sponsored by Vattenfall.

The route is 65 miles and has been designed by sportive rider Bryan Jackson of Downland Cycles to be varied and interesting, flat with some occasional hills.

It will take you along the coast, through beautiful Kent villages, historical mining communities and goes past both Thanet and Kentish Flats Offshore Windfarms, a bit of everything with minimal navigation.

Riders have the choice of taking part in the popular annual physical cycling challenge just for fun or they can raise money for their favourite cause through sponsorship.
